Our final proofers are constructed of insulated housing panels 2″ thick urethane with stainless steel inside and stainless steel or aluminum outside. All proofers are provided with an air conditioning unit to maintain the temperature and humidity to the desirable condition of 115°F or more with humidity of up to 95% Relative Humidity. All our proofers can be designed as floor mounted or overhead style to allow for efficient use of floor space. The air conditioning units are all stainless steel including the heating coil. BakewayFinal Proofers are custom designed, and built to suit your production, as well as your type of product. There are various styles depending on the product and preference.

Proofer Box

Depending on your production, a simple proofer box may be adequate for your proofing needs. bakeway manufacturers rack-type proofer boxes in two (2) to ten (10) lanes.

Belt

Belt Proofers are available for pita lines, as well as some pizza lines with multiple tiers and USDA approved belting. Proofers are available as continuous or intermittent motion.

Rack

Rack Proofers can be aluminum, galvanized steel, or stainless steel frame with 2″ thick polyurethane insulation. Duct work is stainless steel.

Tray

Tray Proofers are stabilized at all times by means of stabilization wheels and cams on the turn, for 100% guiding throughout the proofer.

Spiral

Spiral Proofers have a spiral cage drive and conveyor guides have snap-on wear strips. Choice of mesh can be FDA/USDA approved plastic or stianless steel.

Boardless

Boardless Proofers are stainless steel construction or steel with cold galvanized compound which allows for extra endurance.

Trough

Trough Proofers are all stainless steel or aluminum construction, trays have individual cavities to allow for proper separation of dough.
